I take it with me on weekend hikes. Good wide belt that goes well with trousers and jogging pants. The description says lightweight, but I would say it's more durable and reliable. You can use this to lift a person. The buckle is made with one touch and is made of solid metal (read: heavy). Feel good on my waist. The belt is easy to adjust and runs true to size, so be sure to order according to your waist measurement. There's also an elastic loop at the waist to keep excess material from dangling. Great belt for outdoor activities!
