Best Disappointed with Legacy Systems

My package came with a crumpled cardboard box. Luckily everything was fine. After several hours of rebuilding and disassembling my once fully functional DS, my top LCD stopped working. Due to the cheap manufacturing, my cables got crumpled trying to fit the back panel to the top screen. It didn't happen and I had to use my old one. I had to use my old screws. They also don't offer loops, 2 stars per try.
