Itchy and scratchy, beautiful colors

I REALLY wanted to love this yarn but every time I pick it up it makes me itchy! Alpaca is said to be hypoallergenic, and I'm not allergic to wool or anything like that, but I can't handle this yarn. It's also very fluffy/loose which gives it airiness and softness but makes it incredibly split.
