The team was very professional and knowledgeable when it came to security issues within our business. Very friendly bunch but also able to take direction well, which helped me feel confident in their abilities. I would not say this has been an easy project by any means. A lot needed changing and re-doing including workflows etc as there were some legacy systems still being used even though they had moved onto cloud environments. It took longer than expected due to changes made along the way so budgeting needs to be done carefully if you want everything up front. Also getting new employees onboard can cause delays - just get your heads down! Ensure all aspects are taken into consideration before making decisions regarding upgrades / changeover. Having someone who knows how things should operate or have worked with similar technology will help immensely during initial set ups & training phases where mistakes could occur otherwise!! The ability to monitor our network 24/7 with their Alert Center system which allows us access through multiple devices as well if needed! They also provide excellent customer service when it comes down do any issues or questions you may have regarding your account!! Nothing I can think off right now but they are always willing t assist me. Highly recommend this product. ! You will not regret choosing Cybersolucy Solutions LLC. !!
