The program is very easy-to follow along while you study it at your convenience as well; I have been able improve my knowledge about how business works today by just using this platform! It has truly helped me understand what's going through others' minds when they talk or even think out loud during our meetings/calls etc.; moreover having an audio recording allows us all better understanding each other without misunderstanding due language barrier since we're not speaking face2face anymore (which can be quite intimidating sometimes).
