I bought this product after reading a lot of great reviews and comments. I received the device through Revain and not directly from Rosineer - the device was smashed on arrival and I could tell it was a mishandling issue. Everything is scratched or dented, the controller won't turn on, the wires snapped out of the thermoblocks, someone completely ruined it, so I contacted Rosineer and they were very quick to respond and replaced the unit. I study everything carefully before I buy it, so I bought this machine because of its quality. I am very pleased to report that the customer service is as excellent as my research into the quality of the device itself has shown. I realize the matter wasn't in the materials - this thing is a heavy press, but it looks like someone threw it down the stairs. Many thanks to the Rosineer team for quickly fixing my issues.
