I have Cricut but no EasyPress. I still need to put vinyl on my projects and only use an iron (for now, but Easypress might be an investment in the future). This thing is absolutely perfect - compact and doesn't take up much space while ensuring the safety of the ironing board. One of the top 10 purchases for my company. I also love NICAPA products - they're great for budget conscious Cricut artists!

I like that this rug is smaller and more comfortable to use. It has a great hard surface that works a lot better than an ironing board. However when I used this on my desk it definitely got heat and moisture onto the table so I was sure it would damage the table. I put a towel under the mat to protect the table, but ultimately I think I need to look for something better that really prevents heat from penetrating through the bottom layer. I needed an ironing mat next to the sewing machine. I'm tired of constantly getting up and walking down the hall to iron and iron in the laundry room.
