No kinks in my neck now!

Works just as well as the ones we used to have on our home phones as teenagers! No kinked neck while I take a call and have to type on the computer at the same time.

Pros
  • Works for both left-handed and right-handed use on regular and Trimline phones
Cons
  • May not be suitable for people who wear glasses or hearing aids

Comfortable for my opinion

Works with the handset of my Cisco office phone 7960 series. I don't know how well it will work for other brands of phones. Initially, i put a rubber band around the handset to help "set" the adhesive on the ends of the strip. That helped, but it's still pulling up a bit. It does not look like it will come off.

Pros
  • No more fumbling with the phone while writing or typing. Very comfortable. Easy to install.
Cons
  • Bulky and awkward design

great for the next employee! lol

great product, does the job, lightweight, although the phone i used was super light weight so it couldve been heavier, it did slip a few times but nothing you can do about that. price was a few bucks high like 11 bucks it was. only problem i had was that when you leave your job you'll forget its on your phone and leave it behind! lol

Pros
  • Makes phone conversations more enjoyable and less tiring
Cons
  • May create a distraction or nuisance for nearby coworkers or family members

Great product! in my review

I work at an office 8am-5pm. I am on the ph9ne 90% of the time. I never realized how far I needed to bend my neck in order to hold the phone between my ear and shoulder. Getting this shoulder rest was a great investment! I definitely recommend to everyone - even if you don't spend much time on the phone.

Pros
  • the best product ever, relieved of my neck and shoulder pain. totally love it
Cons
  • May not fit all shoulder sizes

Neck pain is gone! for my opinion

I work in an office and am on the phone for at least 3-4 hours a day. While I am on the phone I have to use both of my hands on the computer. Before this, I had pains in my neck from shoulder phoning. I got this to relive that pain and I have to say this is the most comfortable shoulder rest ever. It is not a hard plastic rather soft plastic with an air cushion feel. I even tok it off on one phone and put it onto another and tape held up. ovr 3+ months of use and I wouldn't go back. Only thing…

Pros
  • If you spend a lot of time of the phone, these can be a savior!
Cons
  • May not work well with cordless phones

Seem to be pretty average handset

It worked well on my office phone. I've had it now for about two months. We have Polycom phones here. Seem to be pretty average handset, so probably works well on most phones. I recommend holding it and the phone up to your ear and testing how it would be against your neck and shoulder before sticking it to the phone. It seems to be holding on the phone just fine as well.

Pros
  • Prevents phone accidents caused by fumbling with the handset
Cons
  • May be difficult to find in stores or online

BUY THIS if you hold the phone on your shoulder.

A few years ago at work, I borrowed a neighbor’s phone to make a quick call, and he had this - odd thing - attached to his handset. But then I realized that I could VERY easily hold the phone on my shoulder without cramping my neck. Pure comfort. Jealousy was born.As luck would have it, this neighbor left for another company soon after and I joyously switched handsets between our phones. When I switched to another building years later, did I leave my precious treasure for the next person? Heck…

Pros
  • I'm on my phone a lot while typing at work and this makes it much more comfortable.
Cons
  • Difficult to adjust positioning

Does the job - my new review

Stuck it to my phone, now my neck only hurts a little while the person on the other line yells and threatens me. Thanks for attention!

Pros
  • Softens the pressure on shoulder muscles during long phone calls
Cons
  • May become loose or unstable over time

Deformed beyond repair.

This thing is deformed and won’t even stay in correct shape for me to install. Must be a very very old item that was sitting for awhile. Do not buy these items and save your money.

Pros
  • Provides ergonomic support for the neck and shoulder while using landline telephones
Cons
  • May not be durable or long-lasting

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Well worth the investment.

Performs exactly as expected. Good shape. Strong adhesive. Much more comfortable phone use at work. Can’t believe I didn’t buy sooner! If you have a phone job you won’t regret it.

Pros
  • Awesome! Super easy to install and works great!
Cons
  • May affect balance while using the phone

Just right on my review.

This phone shoulder pad is perfect. It's just the right size for my office phone and the material it's made from is not slippery. Before you stick the pad on your phone rubber band it in place and do a dry run to check for proper placement.I ordered another item from a different seller. That item was too short and was made from very slippery material. It wouldn't stay on my shoulder.

Pros
  • Perfect for those who need to pace while on the phone
Cons
  • May require additional assembly or tools to install

I call this gizmo a phone banana and have used them for years at work on my desktop phone. I use a tabletop phone at work and must have both hands free; this product makes that possible and also avoids a literal pain in the neck.

Pros
  • Prevents cramping in the shoulder, neck, and ear
Cons
  • May not work well with phone cases or covers

Works like a Dream best in my review

Works like a Dream! I highly recommend that anybody who has to be on the phone for most of the day purchase one of these. Great quality. The plastic smell wears off in about a week. The adhesive has been holding well since I installed it on my office phone.

Pros
  • Perfect!!! Love this! Helps so much and great quality
Cons
  • Not easily portable

Great product good for me

Great product to use when you are on the phone a lot. I have a herniated disc on my neck and this helps me a lot. Thanks for attention.

Pros
  • This is a nice phone rest. Easily sticks to the handset.
Cons
  • May slip off shoulders easily

Exactly what I needed!

Purchased this to use at work. I talk on the phone the majority of the day. This device saves me neck ache! Very comfortable and easy to use.

Pros
  • Ideal for those who need to take notes while on the phone
Cons
  • May cause phone cords to become tangled or twisted

It's different for girls.

This product was advertised as compatible with the Mitel 5320 IP phone. It's not 100% compatible, though: the last inch or so of the taper will not stay affixed to the phone no matter what. This sounds like a nitpick, but if you have someone with long hair using this phone rest (and my office has quite a few ladies with long hair) you will hear very unladylike comments when their hair gets caught in the gap between the phone rest and the phone. Not recommended for workplaces with long haired…

Pros
  • Enables users to multitask while talking on the phone
Cons
  • May have a limited lifespan before needing to be replaced

Good for my neck! for my opinion

A good tool for my neck as I’m on the phone at work a lot three days a week. But, it would be much better if it were a little thicker to keep my neck totally upright.

Pros
  • Little bulky
Cons
  • Causes discomfort during long phone calls

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Perfect, well-priced

Perfect for my work phone. Nice fit for my phone and face. Can be hands free for dialing and more. Well constructed. Soft touch - not hard plastic.

Pros
  • Reduces the risk of developing a repetitive strain injury
Cons
  • May cause interference with other electronic devices

Your ear will thank you

If you spend more than 10 minutes a day on the phone, you need one of these. If you have friends that insist on "marathon" calls, this is necessary for neck andear health. I purchased one for home and work. Of course, they do not work on cellphones, but I am still a land line person, I strongly recommend this product

Pros
  • Enables users to hold the phone hands-free
Cons
  • May add unnecessary clutter to a workspace or desk
