Review on Black Phone Shoulder Rest For Landline Telephones - Softalk II Accessory (00801M) by Chris Horton

I work in an office and am on the phone for at least 3-4 hours a day. While I am on the phone I have to use both of my hands on the computer. Before this, I had pains in my neck from shoulder phoning. I got this to relive that pain and I have to say this is the most comfortable shoulder rest ever. It is not a hard plastic rather soft plastic with an air cushion feel. I even tok it off on one phone and put it onto another and tape held up. ovr 3+ months of use and I wouldn't go back. Only thing better would be to get a headset.
