This product was advertised as compatible with the Mitel 5320 IP phone. It's not 100% compatible, though: the last inch or so of the taper will not stay affixed to the phone no matter what. This sounds like a nitpick, but if you have someone with long hair using this phone rest (and my office has quite a few ladies with long hair) you will hear very unladylike comments when their hair gets caught in the gap between the phone rest and the phone. Not recommended for workplaces with long haired women!EDITED TO ADD 10/17/2016: At the suggestion of the manufacturer in a comment below, I purchased the "short" version of this product https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00D8HBWEA . Very pleased to report the "short" version works very well with the Mitel 5320!
