They are strong. I made a big mistake and used them out of the corner of my eye, got a nasty bruise and still have it 5 days later. I read all the reviews and watched the video, so I applied it correctly, I clearly didn't think so. These are powerful little suction cups and should be used with caution if you have sensitive skin. Because they were so cheap I'll keep them but will (maybe) use them again next time with a lot more care. Please, girls/ladies, be careful, they can severely damage sensitive areas of the face.
