When my partner washed and ruined the original aluminum whisk in the dishwasher I figured it wouldn't be too hard to find a replacement but BOY! Finding something dishwasher safe for a 5 liter bowl (not 6 liter bowl) for a lift motor (not tilt motor) faucet proved to be something of an odyssey. I think at some point I would have liked to just replace the original slightly broken aluminum spatula but couldn't find one anywhere to buy. When you turn the screw to adjust the height of the bowl, it "judders" a bit on the flat whisk when you turn it on. So I was worried that the replacement whisk I ordered might not fit. But so far it's been a dream. If the soft rubber piece doesn't last long, at $10 it's reasonable enough that I'm not mad about buying it again.
