I had another 24uh and it started flashing and off so I ordered another. While waiting for a new one, I disassembled my system and noticed that the power cord was very loose. He rocked, the monitor blinked and turned off. I'm stupid. I was very lucky that my monitor came from an outside source and I only had to wait 3 days. I hooked up two monitors to my main computer and now I have two on my smaller system, which is funny they're all HP 24uhs. I haven't had any issues with my monitors other than a loose cable issue. My package was an HP box in a bubble-wrapped box. I have to be set for the rest of my life. I just hope you all have good luck with the HP products (monitors) I've had. I don't trust any other HP hardware. They may have changed over the years, but they used to suck (just my personal opinion). Merry Christmas and God bless you all.
