Terrible quality and customer service

Save your money and don't buy this board. Gigabyte has terrible quality and much worse customer service. The board had 2 weeks before she died. Just went through an endless upload loop and never published. The board itself was very volatile from the start and was slow to release. I've seen other reviews with similar issues. After almost 3 weeks and paying $40 for shipping to RMA, Gigabyte refused to repair or replace the board. The staff confirmed and sent photographic evidence of what was clearly a manufacturing defect, claiming it was the users fault so they voided the warranty. The RMA site is one of the worst sites I have ever used and the support team has little to no communication with it. I tried several times to get information from them, but nothing came out, but my requests were sent to the black hole. I will never buy a Gigabyte product again. Now I'm stuck on a dead board and got scammed out of $700. Be aware that when you purchase a Gigabyte product, you are exposed to warranty risk. If you read reviews online, you will see that they are notorious for not endorsing their products.
