I've been using these buf pads since my early 20s when I was 67, now I use them twice a day and don't have to buy expensive scrubs. I use a pad scrub that removes dead skin cells to allow your skin to rejuvenate. I am also a sun lover and when people ask me my age they will NEVER believe it. Always use a variety of moisturizers. I really believe that you have to start young and use it throughout your life to really get great results.
