Review on Vollrath Economy Mixing Bowl Set - 5 pcs 🍲 (0.75, 1.5, 3, 4 & 5-Quart) - Premium Stainless Steel Quality by Ralph Foster

Three arrived well packaged with some minor scuffs on the sides of the bowl. I would guess that they are pressed to the mold or by transport and movement relative to each other. In one of the bowls I mixed vegetables, cucumbers, tomatoes, olive oil and vinegar. The salad sat in the fridge for 10 minutes and out for another 40 minutes. After washing the bowl, I noticed small dots on the bottom of the bowl as shown in my picture. Wasn't washed off, wasn't erased with an abrasive. I'm a little disappointed with that. I'm assuming this was before my salad as I hope the stainless steel doesn't react to it. Overall, the shells feel sturdy, which is a little surprising given how light and thin they feel.
