Very durable. High quality product!
This is a great tortilla press, well built and does the job. Purchase corn porridge (MASECA is widely available in the US), then read the package directions. Important Tip: You need to line the tortilla press with two plastic sheets (I use a grocery bag), one on top and one on the bottom, then place the masa ball between the two plastic sheets and press if you don't. t. If you use plastic wrap, the masa will stick to the press. watch the video
