The best part is that it's free! I like how easy they make things too by making everything so simple. It doesn't have any downsides but there are still some other options if someone wants more features (like CRM). We use crrug as our main business tool which allows us all be accessible at once instead of emailing eachother separately. Our team has grown over time from just two members into 12 now. This helps tremendously because we communicate easily amongst one another without needing an outside resource involved.
