I like that it is so easy yet very robust at the same time which makes it simple to use but also gives me options if needed. The ease at which it works! It's very intuitive once one gets used too -- I've had no problems getting started using this program-it has everything we need right out fo box (we're looking into some additional features but so far nothing major).
