This earring is perfect for a variety of piercings. It's durable, made of stainless steel, and closes securely without coming loose. I have the size 16g 8mm and it fits my ear perfectly. It was fairly easy to insert and snapped firmly into place. The only problem I have is that you have to rotate it forward to see the three bars. It swivels back easily so you can only see one bar in front, defeating the purpose of the design. Otherwise, I like the simple look and I never have to worry about taking it in the shower or sleeping. It doesn't cause any irritation and although I inserted the ring from behind, it doesn't matter which way you insert it - it looks the same anyway. Next I would take the size 6mm with CZ. It still needs to match the same piercing, although it will be tight. This way, however, there is less stem available to rotate, allowing the triple stem to be seen better from the front without having to adjust it.
