If it wasn't for the price I would give it 2 stars. They plug into the LED headers on newer motherboards. My plan was to use them and make my own LED strips to connect them together. The problem is that the included 4 pin male/male jumper is not big enough. Because of the small size, if you connect 2 cables together, the slightest movement will cause them to break. This requires the use of electrical tape or similar to ensure the connections are held in place with even the slightest movement. Some of the lines themselves are tighter than others. Don't use them blindly assuming they're a good fit because they don't. You may be able to glue the connector to looser connectors while leaving as much center piece as possible for the junction box. Even so, it still doesn't fit, but can remain for a static environment that doesn't move. This also poses a risk to your device as the connections can break and you then have a hot 12V wire that can be grounded in the system for example. If something is on fire on the motherboard, it's going to be a bad day!
