The automatic feeder is new. Spring in the Pacific Northwest. They raved about it. They lined up in the trees. exercise all day. Unfortunately, they ate 5-10 pounds a week. The price rose quickly. I replaced the Morningsong mix (I like the ones that are already deleted, it's less messy.) Traffic went down to zero. I checked the feed to see if the new feed was clogged. No, it flowed freely. And these birds carefully picked out the seeds and left the rest. Now I have several visitors every day. It is sad. What to do?
