This appears to be a genuine Canon product. Why is it important? Well I connected the printheads to the previous two printers using regular "fake" branded ink cartridges. It's just not worth it. So I'm looking for a real deal and here it is. Please note that this set includes a large black pigment cartridge (PGI-220BK) and a set of three color ink cartridges (smaller cartridges, CLI-221Y, CLI-221M, CLI-221C). You will NOT receive the smaller black ink cartridge (CLI-221BK). You also get a nice solid 4" x 6" photo paper set. They install great and work great. They are correctly registered in the software and show the correct amount of ink remaining in each cartridge. They appear to be genuine and I have purchased several sets of these cartridges and have found that they work well and DO NOT clog the ink heads in the printer. I recommend. Just note that this kit does not include the small black dye cartridge.
