Good fixation, easy installation.

Works a bit like an adjustable hard disk. Go close to your face, twist the tension knob on the back and it stays in place very well. I train with Beat Siber, super natural, and fight almost every morning. I like that it adjusts and tightens quickly. It can also be adjusted to not be too tight if you don't want it too tight, which my wife loves.
