Review on 🐠 hygger Double Head Aquarium Circulation Pump: 2100GPH Wave Maker for 110~240 Gal Tank - Silent Operation, Magnetic Suction Base by Arlene Martinez

I have a 55 gallon fresh water tank and originally had a different brand single head fan. I liked it so much and so did my fish so we decided to switch to this dual head fan. To be honest I don't know what the exact goal is, but here's what I noticed: Fish love airflow. They will intentionally swim in front of the fan and "ride the wave". The additional circulation keeps the water cleaner for longer. I put a fan on the opposite side of my filter. The fan thus blows dirt directly into the intake pipe. What the filter doesn't catch collects in a corner rather than in the sand below. This makes it easy to just put the siphon in a corner and remove dirt as it builds up. The device itself is very easy to set up. I also really like that this has a magnetic piece on the outside that keeps it in place. My other had suction cups and would occasionally fall off accidentally or slide off for no reason. The only thing I don't really like is the cable that connects the two heads. It's a bit ugly to just hang there, but I'll look into it for the benefits it offers. Tip: If you're new to the hobby, just because you can't see the wave doesn't mean it won't work. They are silent unless the water level is too low. You also don't see the movement of the water. Put your hand in front of it and you can feel the movement of the water. I learned it with my first fan. I kept fiddling with it, thinking it wasn't actually circulating water. :)
