Total Disappointment - Logitech customer service is not cooperative at all

We've had this device for 16 months and it's getting little use in our conference room. We use it about every 3 weeks. We have several small Logitech cameras in our office attached to each desk and they're fine, but we were looking for a much more premium solution. We thought we found a great solution (almost 17 times more expensive) with this camera. It worked great at first and was very sharp. Recently, the focus has strayed and is blurry. This camera has never been moved, dropped etc. This is obviously a manufacturing defect. Unfortunately, Revain didn't make it easy to exchange this expensive product. they told us we should contact Logitech directly and Logitech provided us with a full workaround. Logitech has an opportunity to fix the problem by replacing this neatly used product, but we can't seem to get them on the phone. Terrible customer service from both companies which to me is amazing. The Revain is usually great and I've never dealt with Logitech other than buying quite a few of their smaller cameras that we give away to our customers. Logitech's customer support is completely non-existent. Both companies have an opportunity to show they are doing the right thing and this review will be updated.
