Sellers are incompetent
Apparently they have an overstock of drilled plugs because that's all they send no matter how many times you ask for solid plugs and they return the drilled plugs they send you. I'm sure hardcaps are great if you can get those idiots to send them to you. Instead I found various uses that can be hammered to close the hole. I used orange wire nuts.
