him well. I use it at night to build/maintain muscle while sleeping. I combine this with ZMA and a teaspoon of L-Glutamine. I'm not a hardcore muscle man, I'm only 180 at 6'0 now so I don't take 2 scoops of this at night. The scoop that comes with it has a line and I fill it to the line. I know the instructions say "heaping scoop," which I assume is filled to the brim, but I don't think I really need that much to sleep on. I'm pouring from the link, that's probably 3/4 of the full serving. I mix this with a couple ounces of skim milk and about twice as much water. This setup makes this stuff pretty tasty. I used to use a full scoop in the same amount of liquid and found it didn't taste that great. It needs to be properly diluted to taste good in my opinion. My goal right now is to build muscle as I had a full six pack abs after losing about 100lbs but found myself too skinny for my liking. I want to add inches to my arms, legs, chest, neck and shoulders and then cut back and try to maintain that weight. When I'm done, I want to weigh in at 185 muscle mass and 6% body fat. I believe this product will help me achieve that goal and will continue to take it.
