The purchase is justified only for high-performance computing systems, where it is the processor that is loaded (in 80% of games the processor is not used to the maximum, the main load goes to the video card and you need to take care of its cooling). Or if the computer needs to be very quiet. I have a second case. On the 10th generation i5, it works in passive mode (the fan does not rotate).
