I carry this flashlight everyday as an EMT/EMS instructor. PROS: Small size, good battery life, low power consumption when first turned on, surprisingly bright high performance CONS: Weak clamp, hard power button. This light comes in several different colors and they work in different ways. This blue is initially turned on in low mode, double click on high. This works well for emergency responders as a low power can be used to check pupils without blinding the patient, but double tapping turns on a high power that can illuminate a large area at the crime scene if needed. The flashlight is tiny, easy to carry around in your pocket, and the battery life was okay for me. My biggest complaint is the pocket clip. It is very flimsy and can easily slip out of a shirt pocket. However, I carry my knife in the pocket of my TruSpec tactical pants and it hasn't fallen out in the 3 months I've had it. I think it would also fit in a shoulder pen pocket. Another small problem I encountered is related to the power button. It's quite difficult, especially when you press instead of just holding for a moment. This is made difficult by the tiny size of the flashlight itself - not much to hold on to while holding it down. Not a deal breaker, just something to get used to. In general, I recommend for use in EMS.
