I was honestly surprised at how small this came folded up, but it expands so much. Getting it back into the bag is a big difficult, but I have been able to get it back inside multiple times. I just keep forgetting how I did it each time. I would not use this without something else on the bottom because it is quite thin. I got this in addition to the pee pad that fits perfectly for a temporary enclosure for my Guinea pigs (and as it’s intended play pen). I also had fleece blankets on top to make it extra comfy for them, especially since I have been using it as a temporary enclosure rather than just a play pen. I like that the sides are flexible enough to pull down and interact with my boy’s more. It’s definitely not big enough for Guinea pigs and a person inside at the same time unless it’s for something like nail trimmings to make sure they do not run all around the room.
