Per my initial review, I 'panned' this product within the first 30 minutes of receiving the product - as it had one lug that did not work. Given the nature of most vendors on here, the thought of contacting the vendor for remediation never crossed my mind.Caterjett is a noted exception! Once they received confirmation that I had received their product, their customer service team sent me a welcome email and asked that if there was any issue, to contact them first. I however, had already begun the return process. In addition to this initial contact, the team at Caterjett also responded to my initial review.Based on their customer service, I will definitely pursue another purchase with them in the future, as they obviously care about their customers!Very disappointed! Received the product today and installed on my watch, intial impression was AWESOME! This strap looks great on my silver Apple Watch - stunning! No loose threads, all the 'welded' edges were good, stitching and buckles great! So what's the problem, right? After wearing for less than 30 minutes, thankfully, I realized that the buckle lug would NOT lock into place on my watch. Given how much I liked everything else about the watch, I made a dozen attempts to 'reseat' the strap.fidgeted with the release mechanism of the strap.nothing worked.Again, I am very disappointed because everything else about this strap is great! However, I don't have time to worry about it actually keeping my timepiece secure or dealing with the vendor. So, unfortunately, it is going back tomorrow.which is great, as what more is there to do this time of year.
