First of all, this is a really good chair for this style. It's well made and looks good, it's hard to tell the difference between one that costs four times as much. The reason I give it a bad rating is that I had to try 3 times to get one that wasn't damaged! OS's basically ring because of the added annoyance and frustration. They do not use any packaging material to separate the metal leg from the plastic seat of the chair. Therefore, during transportation, the legs may bounce and hit the seat of the chair, resulting in huge potholes and chips. You don't have to be a rocket surgeon to know that you have to wrap and separate parts like this to avoid damage.
