I like that they are able to create custom graphics for my website. They have created several graphics over time, which has been very helpful! They also help me with any questions or concerns regarding their services. The only thing i dislike about them is when it takes longer than expected to get something back from them (sometimes weeks), but this may be related more to how busy things can become during high season. Sometimes small tasks take much longer than you would expect, so don't let this discourage you - just keep working through it until it's done. Customizing our logo/graphic was extremely important because we needed one that reflected who we were professionally as well as personally. It took some research into where to look, however once found, we realized there really wasn't anything wrong with all of the options available. There seemed to be no clear winner between two companies after evaluating pricing, ease-of-use, etc., so we decided to go.
