I like that it has an easy interface to manage my domains, they have good customer service if you need them (we've had issues with registrars in other countries).

They don't offer email hosting for their services so we use another provider which works well but can be costly compared when using one of our nameservers or resellers who do this as part of there package deal at less cost than having your own MX records set up yourself! It's all about money - not much point looking elsewhere unless price difference really big otherwise just stick w/ theirs!
