Review on Voxcloud by Marcus Rash

The ease of use, flexibility to customize my own dial plan for incoming calls from various numbers into one single number inbound call center extension (PBX). Also easy integration with Google Voice was great feature as well! I wish there were more features available but it's still an amazing product that has helped us so much by providing our customer service team members some extra tools they can utilize when handling out customers' issues or concerns over email/chat etc., especially during peak hours where we often have lots going at once & need them all up n running quickly without having any downtime due too lack off manpower - which makes sense since this app also helps save money through reduced hardware costs compared wtih other PBx systems such like Cisco IP Phones ect.. Voxcloud is easy to use and get up and running. The customer service staff is friendly and helpful. There are a few minor glitches here and there. The soft phone feature is a little buggy and sometimes the screen freezes. The overall experience is great. Voxcloud has made it easy to communicate with our team at all times. We can easily communicate with one another. Voxcloud has also made it easy to communicate with our customers. They are always on the phone with us and we can see how they are doing.
