Have been using for over a year and couldn't be happier. Sharpen relatively dull knives into VERY sharp knives. Now it takes more than a few passes, but I've sharpened it every time after use (and still do) and it's still going strong. It's very easy to use. Sharpen heavy duty knives at the bottom of the groove. For knives that do finer work and therefore need to be sharper. Sharpen closer to the top of the groove. It's that simple. Instructions are also at the very bottom in case you forget how to use it. It's pretty heavy and durable. It will not slip during use. Don't be fooled by the cheap knockoffs that are popping up. That's the real deal.
