I'm not the type to "carry" a handbag. It's just a functional item, but I want it to look normal. I needed something smaller than my regular bag that was modest and could hold a lot of stuff. That's a great bag. It's well made from nylon that doesn't look or feel too plasticky. I recommend applying a stain protectant first, which unfortunately I didn't do. If you live in a climate where you struggle with winter static electricity, expect a little fluff (though maybe a spray will stop that too?). You can also add a few stitches to the strap to keep the slider from moving. These two quick steps will save you trouble later, and for such an inexpensive bag with a good design, a few minutes of prep is well worth it. There is an outside zipped pocket, an inner lining with slots (for a phone etc.) and another zipped pocket (wallet). . Just put some small bags in it to organize random items and you will never lose anything. It can easily hold a tablet, book, etc., making it the perfect travel bag. I usually go for black, but I went out of my comfort zone and went with light blue first. In fact, this is not a springy periwinkle. It's a much more muted, watery blue, still very pretty but much more versatile. I then received a second copy in black and am very satisfied.
