I like that you can customize your news releases, so they are easy for me as an editor/writer at my publication (which is not owned by them)to edit in our online system! The interface could be more user friendly - it's very clunky sometimes when trying get things done with all these options available but there may just have been some recent updates or something? It has helped us streamline publishing workflows from start-up through editing phase into final release format without having multiple steps involved which was always cumbersome before this product came along!!
