Elastic, larger than expected.
I am 5'3", 130, hourglass. I am size 4-6 US dresses and the small was too large. It fit well in the chest but was way too big in the hips, I mean by several sizes. It just fluffs a bit more. It also looks good with a small waist / rib area. Otherwise it was fine, it won me first place in the office ugly sweater competition. Know that depending on where the fabric was cut, the different parts in the visualization might appear in other places in your body. The fabric itself is thicker than expected and very elastic. Would not recommend wearing it to a very warm environment.
