I am 5'3", 130, hourglass. I am size 4-6 US dresses and the small was too large. It fit well in the chest but was way too big in the hips, I mean by several sizes. It just fluffs a bit more. It also looks good with a small waist / rib area. Otherwise it was fine, it won me first place in the office ugly sweater competition.
