Not sure why the reviews here say it's difficult to assemble and not durable, I'm currently pregnant and was able to assemble everything in 20 less minutes. The cot came out of the bag, unfolded and was easy to install in place, there are metal bars under the mattress for support. The changing table portion and mobile required some assembly, but it wasn't difficult. The mobile and mattress aren't the best quality but I think the price of the product is worth it, I'll probably remove the mobile and buy a foam mattress to put in the crib but other than that it's a great product and i'm very excited about it.
