Defective Toner: Printer Parts and Accessories

I bought 2 toners. One for immediate use and one for backup. The first worked, but didn't print the specified page number. The second one after I put it in the printer said "replace defective toner". When I wanted to return this toner, the company said I only had a month to return it. Unreal. I will never use this company again.
