I am 5ft 8in, 156lbs, 38 years old, 35 years old and breastfeeding 2 children for a total of 4 years. I love everything about this suit. It keeps the chachas in place, the hem is adjustable (had to loosen them up a bit) and rises high enough to hide stretch marks without being high-waisted or looking like diapers. Butt is cheeky, but not Stanley. I can pull the top down quite a bit to cover some back flab. I feel very comfortable and supportive in this bikini. I've been wearing swimsuits for years, but with this bikini (and some mommy confidence) I'll be rocking my belly again. I usually wear medium (e.g. Old Navy) can run large, it fits XL perfectly so I would recommend going up a size
