Great software that will keep your business safe
Having used this tool for over 2 years now I can say it has provided me peace-of mind knowing my data was being monitored from an external entity (UPSALA SECURITY) rather than relying only upon myself or another trusted third party service provider such as Google etc.. It provides all day monitoring at minimal cost compared other competitors but also offers more features so you need not worry about choosing between price vs feature set because they are both there in abundance! Nothing really apart form some initial setup issues when using their API's initially. The support staff were very helpful during those times thoughout our relationship. Overall we have been able solve most problems within minutes if needed via chat / email versus waiting days/weeks like others may do sometimes - great product overall! We use them mainly due to its ease & speedily solving any.
