Had the same problem as in the previous review. For more than $200 and the Samsung brand, I was expecting it to be a simple plug and play setup as stated in the description above. Unfortunately, I spent a lot of time thinking it was operator error. I spent time with my work's IT team to fix it remotely. Then finally brought it to the office for them to look at. They couldn't get it to work with multiple laptops and desktops. I can't get anything else to work on it other than the "Check source device" response that comes up on the screen when I plug something in. I take my laptop to and from work every day. At work it connects to 2 additional screens at the same time and never has a problem. The package arrived in perfect condition and well packaged. No damage is visible anywhere. This is incredibly frustrating. I expect Samsung and Revain to offer better quality for the price. I doubt the 4 star ratings. I don't think there's anything you can do about that. $250 spent
