I am prepping for a state test and needed to work on managing my time effectively to successfully finish the test within a certain time frame, so I bought this timer to assist with that. The timer has a very nice window and clear numbers. I also like that the buttons are a good size so I won’t hit the wrong one by accident. That being said, this timer is definitely not the easiest one I’ve ever used and I still have to refer to the manual to get it set up each time I test myself, even after using it many times since purchasing it. I also don’t like that it doesn’t have an power off button. The batteries have to be removed to turn it off. It’s a super basic timer and pretty complicated to use so I don’t recommend this for older people who may have difficulty with understanding instructions, or even just don’t want something they have to put so much effort into using. I mean, who really wants to think too hard about setting a timer. It does serve its purpose though and, again, had a good size window for the numbers.
