Works very well. It's a bit bigger than I would like, but that's to be expected and the dimensions are clearly stated. I knew I would be changing/rewiring and wanted to avoid soldering. It was the answer. Due to the length of the box and the limited space I was working in, I had to use a regular solder connector on the other end. What a difference in the time it took me to assemble this compared to the time it took me to solder! Only time will tell if the connections remain secure, but everything appears to be well done and I'm sure of it.
