I really like how quick they are to respond if there's anything wrong with our cards or any details we need help fixing, it makes me feel very comfortable using their services because of all this feedback given! My only dislike about them was having my card expire when i had not updated in awhile but other than thats what every one should expect from something as helpful/helpful as pointicard!! It helps us stay organized by keeping track everything related within each account (and customer). The best part of pointi card is its ability to make it easy for all the employees in any organization to have access to their data. It also has been able to help us to understand our customer better by analyzing the data from different sources. I think there should be more options for analytics, as well as more training and support regarding how to use it efficiently. We are solving the problem of accessing information easily in order to improve business processes.
