If you have purchased a Zoo Med gecko cage/habitat please inspect it carefully. I bought one and the lid just sat on - no latch or anything. The lid seemed light to me, but I figured it MUST be ok because the box said Crested Gecko! I thought the cage builders were great experts. NO! The gecko escaped at night. After a whole day of searching, I finally found a gecko. After that I taped the lid on and bought the cage from another company. It wasn't that cage, it was called Zoo Med Reptihabitat but I just want you to be CAREFUL because it's no fun at all to see your little boy's face when his new pet is gone. I will never buy anything from this company again, needless to say.
