I was skeptical. and the reviews helped me to try it. I have adjusted to the fact that they are needed for a walk. They are definitely in a different league than the "dependent" products you can buy in the store. I would say you can put in half a gallon of water and they will be fine. I'm 6'3" tall, 220" tall, 40" waist and went for the plus size. They are quite large. I will definitely try the medium one. The large one had enough bells and whistles and if we had someone met on a walk they would definitely hear the rustle of plastic.I think maybe it wasn't as stealthy as the reviews would suggest because there was too much material.But if you know the number of folds you can get a rough idea plan. or just mentally prepared for it. It could be worse.
